Purchase Direct Reports Significant Progress in Carbon Reduction

Purchase Direct has published its latest Carbon Footprint Report, confirming significant progress in reducing emissions and maintaining carbon neutrality under PAS2060.

The report highlights clear improvements since the baseline year, including a 41% absolute reduction achieved through measures such as building de-gasification, electrification of the vehicle fleet, and reduced business travel. Fleet transition targets originally set for 2027 have already been met ahead of schedule, with more ambitious goals now in place.

Looking ahead, Purchase Direct will continue to drive down direct emissions, strengthen reporting on supply chain impacts, and embed sustainability as a core part of its long-term growth strategy. Work is also underway to transition reporting from PAS2060 to the new ISO14068-1 global standard.

Anthony Landau, Managing Director of Purchase Direct, said:

“These results show that meaningful carbon reductions are possible alongside business growth. Hitting our fleet target ahead of schedule is a clear milestone, and as we look to the future, transitioning to the ISO14068-1 standard will give our progress even greater credibility.”
