ARE YOU READY FOR THE ESOS ACTION PLAN DEADLINE?🚨
If your organisation completed ESOS Phase 3, you have until the 5th March 2025 to submit an Action Plan. If you fail to submit a plan you risk being publicly listed for not taking action. The Environment Agency has also implied that missing the deadline may lead to enforcement notices and financial penalties.
